When does Halloween end?
What time do npc and stuff leave on Nov2? We talking early morning soon after mad king leaves final time or later at night?

Most schedules are based upon Pacific Time which is GMT -7 and most events, such as weekend stuff, ends at midnight Pacific time.

Major events work differently than weekend stuff. They have to push a new update that will remove the halloween decorations and NPCs. this typically happens early morning of the day after it ends.

Now, if I understand the whole event process correctly, Halloween simply....ends. No build or anything, correct? I do recall something like that happened during the dragon festival, but I'm not 100% sure. (Probably about 87.8% sure )

you know it would be really great if they posted all this stuff somewhere.
Guildwiki would be a sensible place we could have all the details of every festival start and finish times collectables rewards missions etc. Oh wait they do every year |

Eh, I dunno. I'm pretty sure the Mad King shows last at midnight the morning of the 2nd, and the NPCs remain to turn in any remaining quest rewards until some kind of update. |

Mad King Thorn is part of the festivities as quoted above me....do you have a source for your conflicting argument? I'm too lazy to search.
